A. The following words and phrases, when used in this title, shall for the purposes of this title have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this chapter.

B. Whenever any words or phrases used in this title are not defined in this chapter but are now defined in the vehicle code of this state, such definitions are incorporated in this chapter and shall be deemed to apply to such words and phrases used in this chapter as though set forth in full in this chapter.
