A. Whenever a marked pedestrian crosswalk has been established in a roadway contiguous to a school building or the grounds thereof, which shall be in conformance with Section 21368 of the Vehicle Code, no pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than in a crosswalk so designated.

B. No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than at a crosswalk in a general commercial district (C-2 zone) as defined and delineated in the city zoning ordinance as set forth in Chapter 17.18 in the city zoning ordinance except those areas within the district that have a designated parking mall within the zone.

C. Any person violating any of the terms of this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 421 §§1--3, 1997).
