A. Unpaved commercial vehicle parking may be allowed pursuant to zoning approval granted by the city of Wasco in connection with the operation of a lawfully conducted business. Where such unpaved parking is allowed a dust binder, gravel or other similar dust suppression measure shall be used.

B. Parking of commercial vehicles on vacant unpaved property is prohibited at any time.

C. Any person violating this section may, in addition to any other remedy available under this code, first be given a twenty-four-hour warning notice of the violation before a citation is issued. Signs may be posted upon private and public property giving notice of the prohibition of this section. Where such signs are posted, the twenty-four-hour warning notice need not be given. In any case where a twenty-four-hour notice has been given within the calendar year no further twenty-four-hour notice need be given.

D. Any person violating any provisions of this section shall be guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 649 §2.2, 2015).
