10.48.060 Violation--Penalty.

Any vehicle found in violation of this chapter may be impounded by the chief of police or his designee, and stored at the expense of the owner of the vehicle. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by:
A. A fine of not less than one hundred fifty dollars, nor more than five hundred dollars, for a first violation.
B. A fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars, nor more than five hundred dollars, for any second or sub-sequent violations within one year. (Ord. 365 §1, 1991).
