The license fee to be paid for each bicycle shall be two dollars for a three-year term, and shall be paid in advance. If, pursuant to Section 10.60.050, such license is transferred, a fee of one dollar shall be paid for the registration of such transfer. All license fees collected under this ordinance shall be paid into the general fund of the city.
