Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding thirty days, or by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 76-203 §5, 1976).
