It is one of the objectives of the city council that the citizens of Wasco comply with the provisions of this chapter. Therefore, in furtherance of said objective, the enforcement of this chapter will be subject to Chapter 1.20 (Administrative Citations). Any fine, penalty, interest, or costs imposed on a violator of this chapter under Chapter 1.20 may, in addition to all other remedies available to the city thereunder, be added to the violator’s water bill described in Section 13.14.030 and thereafter be subject to enforcement therein including, without limitation, disconnection or turnoff of water service.
