Any person, firm or corporation violating Sections 15.20.010 through 15.20.070 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
