Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed five days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
