Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 15.40.260, any person receiving a notice of violation under Section 15.40.220 may appeal the determination of the public works director to the city manager. The notice of appeal must be received by the city manager within five days from the date of the notice of violation. Hearing on the appeal before the city manager or his/her designee shall take place within fifteen days from the date of the city’s receipt of the notice of appeal. The decision of the city manager or designee shall be final. (Ord. 713 §1, 2020).
