The approval or conditional approval of a tentative map shall expire in accordance with Subdivision Map Act requirements. Extensions of the tentative or conditional approval shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Map Act. In granting an extension, the planning commission may impose new or revise existing conditions of approval. (Ord. 617 §2 (Exh. A), 2011; Ord. 474, 2002).
