All subdivision maps shall conform to any specific plans of streets, public areas or other projects or plans adopted or approved by the council. There shall be conformance to the principles and standards of the general plan and to the city zoning regulations. (Ord. 617 §2 (Exh. A), 2011; Ord. 474, 2002).
