The subdivider or any interested person may appeal any action or decision of the advisory agency with respect to the tentative map to the appeals board. All appeals shall be filed and processed in accordance with Section 66452.5 of the Map Act. (Ord. 617 §2 (Exh. A), 2011; Ord. 474, 2002).
