The address for the City Hall of the city is designated as 746 8th Street, in the city of Wasco, county of Kern, state of California, and all meetings of the city council shall be held therein unless otherwise designated by the city council by motion or resolution adopted prior thereto at a regular or special meeting, or as designated in the call for special meeting as provided by statute.
