A. The city council, by ordinance or resolution, may designate who is required to sign all warrants drawn on the city treasury or city funds.

B. The city council, by ordinance, resolution or minute action, may designate who shall execute on behalf of the city all written contracts or conveyances.

C. If there is no indication, by ordinance, resolution or minute action, who is authorized to execute a document on behalf of the city, then the mayor shall execute such document after it has been approved by the city council.

D. The city clerk shall sign certifications of authenticity and similar attestations bearing the official seal of the city. The mayor shall sign all other documents which bear the Wasco city seal. (Ord. 465 §1, 2002).
