Pursuant to Penal Code Section 13510, Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code, the city of Wasco will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training of peace officers and public safety dispatchers established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (sometimes, the "Commission").
