Pursuant to Section 836.5 of the California Penal Code, the following officers and their subordinates are vested with the authority to arrest any person who violates the following provisions of this code:
A. Code enforcement officer: Chapters 3.12, 3.20, 5.04, 5.20, 5.32, 5.36, 6.04, 8.12, 8.16, 8.28, 8.32, 8.36, 12.04, 12.08, 12.12, 12.16, 12.20, 15.04, 15.12, 15.16, 15.20; Titles 16 and 17.
B. Animal control officer: Chapter 6.04.
C. Public works director: Chapters 8.12, 12.08, 12.16, 12.20.
D. Building inspector: Chapters 8.28, 12.04, 12.08, 12.12, 12.16, 13.12, 15.04, 15.12, 15.16, 15.20, 15.24.
E. City engineer: Chapters 12.12, 12.16, 13.04, 13.12; Title 16. (Ord. 413 §1, 1996).
