3.29.020 Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words, phrases, and terms shall have the meanings set forth as follows:
"City" means the city of Wasco.
"Council" means the city of Wasco city council.
"Fee" means a payment or fixed charge in exchange for services as set forth by the city council.
"Master fee" means a resolution adopted by the city council from time to time that sets fees for services provided by the city. (Ord. 711 §1, 2020).
