Fees are due and payable upon presentation unless a fee waiver has been approved. Fees shall become delinquent thirty days after the presentation. A penalty of ten percent shall be imposed on all delinquent fees. Fees that remain unpaid after the delinquent date shall accrue interest at one percent per month.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall limit the right of the city to proceed against any customer or applicant for any delinquencies due under the master fee schedule. The remedies described herein are cumulative and in addition to all other remedies available to city at law or in equity. (Ord. 711 §1, 2020).
