A business license may be suspended or revoked, temporarily or permanently, upon the permittee’s failure to comply with all written conditions or limitations of the permit or the requirements of Section 5.04.245. Upon suspension or revocation of any permit, no other application by the same permittee or his or her agent to carry on a similar business or activity shall be filed for a period of one year from the date of such suspension or revocation.
