5.16.140 Operations on private property.

All food vending vehicles are prohibited from operating on private property except:
A. If a land use permit has been obtained from the planning department; or
B. To provide meals for employees located at the private property for a period of thirty minutes or less. (Ord. 513 §1 (Exh. A), 2006).
