Every violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be a misdemeanor and, upon violation thereof, shall be punishable as provided for in Chapter 1.08 of this code. Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 513 §1 (Exh. A), 2006).
