A. Each taxicab operated pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall be numbered.

B. The numbers shall be painted upon the body of the taxicab in numerals of a size, color, visibility and position or positions approved from time to time by the chief law enforcement officer.

C. A series of numbers shall be assigned by the chief law enforcement officer to carriers for use of their taxicabs. (Ord. 473 §1, 2002).
