It shall be unlawful in any residential area to operate any type of air-blowing machine or device which is designed or intended to blow, dispel, or make airborne, dust, leaves, grass cuttings, paper, trash, or any other type of unattached debris or material, between the hours of ten p.m. and seven a.m. (Ord. 457 §1, 2001; Ord. 314 §1, 1985).
