A. It is unlawful for any person to utilize the skateboard park unless that person is wearing a helmet, elbow pads and knee pads.

B. Any person who fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this section and who is injured while using the skateboard park, shall be deemed negligent. (Ord. 468 §1, 2002).
