Each permittee shall prominently display the permit at each location where tobacco retailing occurs. The permit shall be posted at or near each entrance to the retail facility used by its patrons or in a conspicuous place approved by the director. The permit shall not be defaced, marred, camouflaged, hidden, or removed. (Ord. 666 §1 (Exh. A), 2016).
