The city may issue special use permits for activities on city parks pursuant to rules and regulations to be adopted by the city by resolution or ordinance. A special use permit issued for an activity shall be retained by the sponsor of the activity on the site of the activity at the city park for review and inspection by any law enforcement authority. The conditions of the activity shall be described on the special use permit or an attachment to same. (Ord. 630 §1, 2013).
