9.16.050 Exhibition of obscene motion picture films on television screens.

The following are declared to be public nuisances per se:
A. The projection of an obscene motion picture film from any place within or without the city or the United States of America for reception and exhibition upon a television screen at any place within the city.
B. The exhibition of an obscene motion picture film upon a television screen at any place within the city. (Ord. 299 §5, 1984).
