Any materials obtained from the nuisance abatement may be sold by the city at public sale to the highest responsible bidder after not less than ten days’ notice of the intended sale, published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the city, either before or after the nuisance is abated. The city may allow contractors to consider the salvage value of the materials in the preparation of abatement bids. (Ord. 670 §1 (Exh. A), 2016).
