A. No person who owns or has possession, custody or control of any vehicle shall park such vehicle upon any street or alley for more than a consecutive period of seventy-two hours.

B. In the event a vehicle is parked or left standing upon a street in excess of a consecutive period of seventy-two hours, any member of the police department authorized by the chief of police may remove the vehicle from the street. (Ord. 696 §1, 2018; Ord. 77-230 §1(J), 1977; Ord. 50 §50, 1951).
