10.36.040 Parking for certain purposes prohibited.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway, parking lot, or private property, which is not specifically permitted under this code, for the principal purpose of:
A. Displaying such vehicle(s) for sale, except on private property where the vehicle is registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles;
B. Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except on-street repairs necessitated by an emergency, and except on private property where the vehicle is registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
C. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 649 §1, 2015; Ord. 50 §51, 1951).
