A. Whenever any ordinance or resolution by the city council designates and describes any street or portion thereof upon which angle parking is permitted, the chief of police shall mark or sign such street indicating the angle at which vehicles shall be parked.

B. When signs or markings are in place indicating angle parking, as provided in this section, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings.

C. It is unlawful to park, or permit to be parked, on streets where angle parking is designated, any vehicle or combinations of vehicles, which would substantially block the free use of any roadway or driving aisle of any parking mall, or in any event whose overall length exceeds twenty-two feet.

D. Upon those streets which have been marked or signed, as provided in this section, or upon any roadway where the parking spaces have been designated by placing lines upon the surface of the roadway, it is unlawful for any person to stand or park any vehicle other than between the lines indicating the position in which the parking of the vehicle is authorized.
