10.36.170 Certain portions of State Highway 46--Prohibited at all times.
It is declared that it is unlawful for any person to stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle whether attended or unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a peace officer, on the following portion of Highway 46:
A. The north side of Highway 46, commencing at a point which intersects with the north side of Highway 46 and the prolongation of Broadway, and running thence easterly two hundred forty feet, all of which is in the city of Wasco;
B. The south side of Highway 46, commencing at the southwest corner of Beckes Avenue and Highway 46, thence running westerly to a point four hundred seventy-five feet east of Central Avenue, all of which is in the city of Wasco.
