A. No person shall stop, stand, or park a trailer or semi-trailer which is uncoupled from a motor vehicle upon any street or public right-of-way, except when actively loading and unloading the trailer and the loading or unloading requires an uncoupling of the motor vehicle.

B. Any person violating any provisions of this section shall be guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 380 §§1, 2, 1992).
