Any vehicle found in violation of Sections 10.36.160 and 10.36.170 shall be impounded by the chief of police and removed by him or under his direction, and stored at the expense of the owner of such vehicle. (Ord. 151 §3, 1969; Ord. 145 §3, 1968; Ord. 82 §3, 1958).
