Upon the issuance of any permit under this chapter, the permittee, by the acceptance of such permit, agrees to repair any and all damage caused by the moving and to remove and clean any and all debris left by the moving operations, and in default thereof, to forfeit to the city the deposit specified in Section 15.20.020, together with additional liability for all damage so caused, and the permittee specifically agrees that any and all thoroughfares over which moving is done shall be left in as good condition and repair as the same shall be prior to such use by permittee.
