It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to move or transport, or cause to be moved or transported, any building from any lot, site or location inside or outside the city to a lot, site or location inside the city, without first securing a permit from the building inspector and paying a permit fee in accordance with the schedule established for new structures, as set forth by city ordinance.
