Any person, firm or corporation violating Sections 15.20.090 through 15.20.170 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
