The community development director shall prepare a report and recommendations which will include all comments received on the tentative map, a copy of which will be served on the subdivider three calendar days prior to any action on the tentative map by the commission. Service may be personally or by mail. Service shall be deemed complete two days after depositing such report and recommendations in the U.S. mail. (Ord. 617 §2 (Exh. A), 2011; Ord. 474, 2002).
