Pursuant to Section 66451.3 of the Map Act, a public hearing shall be held for all proposed divisions of land which require a parcel or final map. In addition to published notice prescribed by Section 66451.3, all property owners as shown on the city’s last equalized assessment roll within three hundred feet of the proposed subdivision shall be given notice of such hearing by direct mail. Public hearing shall be held before any commission action on tentative map. (Ord. 617 §2 (Exh. A), 2011; Ord. 474, 2002).
