Any licensee specified in Section 5.48.010 shall forfeit the clean-up deposit if the premises are not put in a clean and sanitary condition, to the satisfaction of the superintendent of streets, within twenty-four hours after removal of the attractions therefrom. (Ord. 473 §1, 2002).
