It shall be the duty of every licensee of any carnival, circus, or other attraction specified in Section 5.48.010 to obtain and place city issued refuse containers in the number(s) and location as required by the city of Wasco public works director. The applicant shall pay all applicable refuse collection fees as required by the city of Wasco public works department. (Ord. 473 §1, 2002).
