5.48.140 Water meters and payment for water usage--Required.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be the duty of every licensee of any carnival, circus, or other attraction specified in Section 5.48.010 to obtain and install a water meter from the city of Wasco water department. The applicant shall pay all deposit and water usage fees as required by the city of Wasco water department. (Ord. 473 §1, 2002).
