Any person, firm or corporation who spreads, stores, uses or maintains within one hundred feet of any residence, dwelling or other building used for human habitation, any form of livestock manure, poultry droppings, or deposits of other animal secretions, which emit any offensive odor, is declared to be a public nuisance.
