Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
