It is unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years to remain or loiter upon any public thoroughfare or any public place of amusement or entertainment within the corporate limits of the city between the hours of ten p.m. and five a.m. of any day unless the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult person having control or charge of the minor.
