It is unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years within the corporate limits of the city to enter, visit or be within any public pool and/or billiard hall and/or public amusement room wherein is played or operated any game of cards, game of chance of any kind or description, and/or any amusement device, as the same is defined in Chapter 5.08 of this code.
