When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on any of the streets as may be set forth in ordinances or resolutions of the city council for a period of time longer than two hours at any time between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. of any day except Sundays and holidays.
