Any person, firm or corporation may move a building prior completion, as required in this chapter, upon the filing with the building official of a faithful performance bond, in an amount to be determined by the building official, guaranteeing full compliance with this chapter within thirty days from the date of issuance of the permit as required in this chapter or any extension thereof granted by the building official.
