A. For the first offense, by a fine not exceeding ten dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding five days, or by both such fine and imprisonment;

B. For each subsequent offense, by a fine of not less than ten dollars or more than fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not less than five days nor more than twenty-five days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 11 §4, 1946).
